This event highlights the region's top work submitted by creative professionals and students and is judged by a panel of nationally recognized design professionals.
For more detailed information about the AIGA Minnesota Design Show 2008, click here. Although you don't have to be a member to enter or attend the show, members receive a Call for Entries poster as well as email blast updates and discounted rates.
Entries and entry fees must be submitted to the AIGA Minnesota office by February 20, 2008 at 5:00 PM. Work printed or produced December 2006 through January 2008 is eligible for entry.
Selected entries will receive the Creative Block Award and be featured on the Design Show 2008 sitelet, along with being unveiled at the opening reception on March 13, 2008 at the Weisman Art Museum. Guests at the Show will also cast their vote for the 2008 Peoples Choice Award (a traveling trophy to behold throughout the year), and the winner will be announced that night.
New this year: the AIGA Minnesota Design Show 2008 book, showcasing the selected work and documenting the event, will be available for purchase after the Show.
